Tantra Yoga
Tantra Yoga opens a path to experience your true nature, inner wisdom and divinity.
I invite you to join me on a journey through the physical, emotional and energetic body.
You are going to learn how to perceive the flow of subtle energies and how to use this energetic capacity to activate your energy body (Pranamayakosha) along with the harmonization of your chakras.
By sensitizing yourself to the flow of energy, sensation and emotion, you can dramatically shift the way you perceive yourself and your individual reality.
Through deepening your intuition, consciousness, and knowledge, the practice of Tantra Yoga provides a profound path for self-realization.
By practicing various techniques such as asana, pranayama, dharana, dhyana, bandhas, mudras, and mantras, you can purify your body and mind, aligning yourself with a direct experience of the divine within you and beyond you.
What is Tantra?
Tan means “to expand”
Tra means “instrument”
also translated as a loom, web or weaving.
The web that connects everything in our whole existence – perceived and perceiver as one and the same: non-duality.
The merging and uniting of the two main essences of our world: Energy and Consciousness, described as Shakti, the divine feminine essence, and Shiva, the divine masculine essence. These two aspects make up our reality and all that exists.
Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra is an ancient philosophy transmitted through scriptures rooted in Kashmiri, India. The philosophy is based on a positive, world embracing view. Kashmiri Shaivism teaches that the world consists of one consciousness.
The teachings describe systems and techniques through which the practitioner learns to cultivate the sacred life force energy – Kundalini Shakti – and to transform this sexual energy into spiritual energy for one’s own spiritual growth and healing, and for the benefit of all sentient beings.

How can I practice Tantra Yoga?
Tantra is a way of life. A path that builds conscious self-awareness and inquiry. It is also based on the Yamas and Niyamas. The yogic “rules” by which you can live your most harmonious, positive and truthful potential.
In my sessions I’ll guide you through the different yogic teachings:
Asana, Bandha, Mudra, Mantra, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Relaxation
The focus is on conscious self-perception, inquiry and subsequent sensitisation to the deeper layers (panchakoshas) of your being. We’ll explore the realms of the body, emotions and energy.
Accompany on a journey into the essence of your being.
